  • Energy efficient natural gas heat, always with dual controls, heat pumps upstairs, when applicable, and 50 gallon GAS hot water heaters.
  • Front doors with glass or leaded glass.
  • Windows are quality vinyl tilt-out windows.
  • Roofs are 25 year 2 dimensional fiberglass shingles, carefully color coordinated with home’s paint color.
